Banquet Room (2nd floor)
v $1,500.00 (after hours)
v $750 deposit (required to reserve space)
v **Memphis Firefighter Red Door members receive 25% discount- see below.

v Maximum Capacity is 200
v Use of room for 4 hours for event (does not include setup time); ending no later than 12 midnight.
v Use of tables (15 – 60” round seating for 120; 12 – 6’ rectangular but only 9 available before 5 pm)
v Use of chairs (120 seated at 15 round tables)
v Use of microphone and podium
v Use of kitchen for caterers
v The museum is not responsible for clean up of the room and kitchen or providing linens.
Party Room (1st floor)
v $200.00 during regular business hours (M-F 9-5)
v $650.00 after regular business hours (4 hours use; no later than 12 midnight)
v $250.00 deposit (required to reserve space)
v **Memphis Firefighter Red Door members receive 25% discount- see below.
v Maximum Capacity is 80 (standing); 72 – (9 tables/8 chairs at each) seated with tables and chairs.
v Use of microphone and podium
v Use of kitchen for caterers
v The museum is not responsible for clean up of the room and kitchen or providing linens.
v NOTE: The Party Room is not available for setup until after 5:30 p.m.

Museum (Fire station building) open during event $ 500.00
** Red Door member must make all arrangements, pay fee and be in attendance at event to receive discount.
NOTE: If alcoholic beverages are to be served the bartender or the caterer must be licensed to serve alcohol . The museum does not have a license to serve alcoholic beverages. |
