Special Event Space Rental Information

Make your special day a one of a kind experience for you and your guests. The Fire Museum of Memphis offers numerous options for your business meeting, anniversary party, wedding or any other type of celebration you are planning.  Hold your Special Event in the Banquet Room, Downstairs Party Room or the Courtyard or a combination of any of these areas and for the biggest of events you can rent all three areas.  If you would like to inquire about renting one of our event areas you can call the Fire Museum at (901)636-5650 or Click Here to be directed to our Event Rental Request.

 

Banquet Room – 2nd Floor

  • 3,500 square feet.  Maximum Capacity is 200.
  • $1,500.00 (after business hours).  $750.00 deposit required for reservation.
  • 500.00 during business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00PM)  $250.00 deposit required for reservation
  • Use of room (after hours events) for 4 hours for event (does not include set up time) ending no later than midnight.
  • Use of tables (15- 60’ round seating for 120; 12- 6’ rectangular)
  • Use of chairs (120 seated at 15 round tables)
  • Use of microphone and podium
  • Use of 110” wall mounted screen and HD projector
  • Use of Caterer's Kitchen
  • WiFi Internet available for guest use.

 

 

Party Room – 1st Floor

  • Maximum capacity is 80 (standing) and 72 (seated)
  • $750.00 after regular business hours. $375.00 deposit required for reservation
  • $500.00 during business hours (Monday-Saturday 9:00-4:00PM).  $250.00 deposit required for reservation
  • Use of room for 4 hours for event (does not include set up time) ending no later than midnight  NOTE: The Party Room is not available for setup until after 5:30PM
  • Use of tables and chairs (9 tables with 8 chairs at each table)
  • Use of microphone and podium
  • A/V Equipment is available upon request
  • Use of kitchen for caterers
  • WiFi Internet available for guest use

 

 

Courtyard – Outside

  • $600.00 after regular business hours. $300.00 deposit required for reservation
  • Use of area for 4 hours (does not include setup time)
  • Use of kitchen for caterers
  • Use of microphone and podium
  • Does not include use of tables and chair

 

 

The 1910 Firehouse No.1 Building open during events for $100.00 per hour

*Red Door Members will receive a 25% discount of quoted price for event rental.  Red Door member must make all arrangements, pay fee and be in attendance at event to receive discount.
