BANQUET AND PARTY RENTAL INFORMATION

Banquet Room (2nd floor)

  • $1,500.00 (after hours)
  • $750 deposit (required to reserve space)
  • **Memphis Firefighter Red Door members receive 25% discount- see below.
  • 3,500 sq. ft.
  • Maximum Capacity is 200
  • Use of room for 4 hours for event (does not include setup time); ending no later than 12 midnight.
  • Use of tables (15 – 60” round seating for 120; 12 – 6’ rectangular but only 9 available before 5 pm)
  • Use of chairs (120 seated at 15 round tables)
  • Use of microphone and podium
  • Use of kitchen for caterers
  • The museum is not responsible for clean up of the room and kitchen or providing linens.

 

Party Room (1st floor)

  • $200.00 during regular business hours (M-F 9-5)
  • $650.00 after regular business hours (4 hours use; no later than 12 midnight)
  • $250.00 deposit (required to reserve space)
  • **Memphis Firefighter Red Door members receive 25% discount- see below.
  • Maximum Capacity is 80 (standing); 72 – (9 tables/8 chairs at each) seated with tables and chairs.
  • Use of microphone and podium
  • Use of kitchen for caterers
  • The museum is not responsible for clean up of the room and kitchen or providing linens.
  • NOTE: The Party Room is not available for setup until after 5:30 p.m.

 

Outside Courtyard

  • $ 500.00
  • Use of area for 4 hours (does not include setup time)
  • Use of kitchen for caterers
  • Does not include use of tables and chairs

 

Museum (Fire station building) open during event $ 500.00

** Red Door member must make all arrangements, pay fee and be in attendance at event to receive discount.

NOTE: If alcoholic beverages are to be served the bartender or the caterer must be licensed to serve alcohol . The museum does not have a license to serve alcoholic beverages.
